Information we collect
We collect the information needed to deliver WNLabelPro, including purchase email
addresses, subscription and license information, device registration information,
support information you send us, and limited workflow-related data used by the desktop
app and browser extension.
Examples include:
- Email address used at checkout
- Email address used to start a free trial
- Plan, license, subscription, and device-registration information
- Hashed machine-fingerprint data used to enforce one 7-day trial per computer
- Machine label, app version, last-seen time, and entitlement state
- Whatnot show and sold-item information needed for the seller workflow
- Support bundles, diagnostics, screenshots, or emails you choose to send us
- Records showing when legal terms were accepted for the app or a trial start
How we use information
- To deliver license keys, activate subscriptions, and enforce seat limits
- To manage the one-time 7-day free trial per computer and prevent duplicate trials
- To support Smart Staging, label printing, Bundle Booster, and related workflows
- To process billing, transactional email, and operational notifications
- To troubleshoot issues and provide support when you contact us
- To maintain service integrity, investigate abuse, and keep records of legal acceptance
Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe. Transactional and operational emails may be sent
through our email providers. We also use hosting, database, infrastructure, browser,
and extension platforms to operate WNLabelPro.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for unrelated
third-party advertising purposes.
Retention and support material
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate WNLabelPro, enforce
subscriptions and trials, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support
users. Support bundles and logs may contain diagnostic information about your app,
device, and workflow environment, so only send them when you want us to review the issue.
