1. What WNLabelPro is

WNLabelPro is seller workflow software. It is designed to help with label printing, staging, bundle tracking, and related seller operations. WNLabelPro is an independent seller workflow tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Whatnot, Google, Stripe, Zebra, or any printer manufacturer.

WNLabelPro does not bid, buy, or automate checkout actions on your behalf. You remain responsible for your show, your account activity, your shipping decisions, and your compliance with platform rules and applicable law.

2. Subscription, trial, and license access

WNLabelPro is offered through subscription access tied to a license. Your plan determines the number of allowed devices and included features. Free trials, if offered, are limited, may be restricted to one per computer, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

By starting a trial or subscribing, you authorize charges and renewals consistent with the offer presented to you at checkout. Material billing terms, including pricing, renewal timing, and cancellation information, are disclosed before you sign up.

3. Renewals and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if you do not want the subscription to renew. When billing management is available inside the app, that is the preferred cancellation path.

Cancellation stops future renewals unless a different effective date is clearly stated. Any approved refund or prorated adjustment is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Verifying buyer names, item details, sold prices, label size, printer settings, addresses, and staging output before relying on them
  • Using compatible hardware, media, printers, browsers, operating systems, and internet connections
  • Complying with Whatnot rules, shipping rules, tax rules, consumer-protection laws, and any other legal obligations that apply to your business
  • Maintaining your own backups, records, and operational judgment when using the software during a live selling workflow

5. Third-party services and compatibility

WNLabelPro depends on third-party platforms and environments, including Whatnot, Google Chrome, Windows, printer drivers, payment processors, hosting providers, and email providers. Those services may change, break compatibility, rate-limit access, or become unavailable without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with any third-party service, browser, website layout, API, printer model, driver, or operating-system update.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use WNLabelPro to:

  • Break platform rules, bypass technical restrictions, or misuse another person's account
  • Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or exploit the service beyond the rights granted by your plan and applicable law
  • Use the product in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful to other users, platforms, or infrastructure

7. No warranties

WNLabelPro is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every environment, or free from delays, outages, missed events, malformed labels, or other workflow issues.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WNLabelPro and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, shipping mistakes, delayed shipments, customer disputes, chargebacks, account restrictions, or reputational harm arising out of or related to your use of the software.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to WNLabelPro will not exceed the amount you paid to us for WNLabelPro during the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WNLabelPro and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the software, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.

10. Updates, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, compatibility, or access at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access if needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, address abuse, or respond to legal or security concerns.

11. Electronic assent and records

By clicking acceptance boxes, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, activating a license, or otherwise using WNLabelPro, you agree that electronic records and electronic acceptance are intended to have the same force and effect as a signed written agreement.

12. Governing law and venue

To the extent permitted by law, these terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to WNLabelPro are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute that is not otherwise resolved must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Cape Girardeau County, Missouri, and each party consents to that forum and personal jurisdiction there.

13. Individual claims only

To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private-attorney-general proceeding. To the extent permitted by law, each party also waives any right to a jury trial in disputes arising out of or relating to WNLabelPro.

14. Severability and survival

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. Provisions relating to billing obligations, warranties, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and similar protective terms survive termination or cancellation.
