This page explains how cancellations, renewals, plan changes, and refund requests are handled for WNLabelPro subscriptions.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription through the WNLabelPro billing management flow when it is available, or by contacting support. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

If a cancellation is processed with an earlier effective date than the normal renewal date, any approved prorated adjustment is based on that effective cancellation date.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If you believe you were charged in error or hit a serious onboarding issue, email support@wnlabelpro.com and include the purchase email address and a short description of the situation.

Support and refund-related replies are typically sent within 1-3 business days. An approved refund or credit is limited to what we expressly approve in writing.

When a refund is approved for part of a billing period, the approved prorated amount is calculated from the effective date requested and accepted for the change.

Trials, add-ons, and plan changes

Free trials do not create a promise of continued free access after they expire. Add-ons such as Bundle Booster and custom Business Plus arrangements may involve prorated billing depending on when the change is made during the current billing cycle.
