Install and Quick Start

Written instructions for getting WNLabelPro running.

Use this guide if you want a clear written version of the install, trial or license activation, browser extension setup, and first live-show workflow.

Before you start

  • Windows is required for the desktop app.
  • Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge is required for the extension workflow.
  • Supported label sizes are 1" x 1", 2" x 1", and 1.5" x 1.5".
  • Make sure your printer is ready before relying on live label output.

1. Install the desktop app

  1. Download the WNLabelPro Windows installer.
  2. Run the setup file and finish the install prompts.
  3. Open WNLabelPro from the desktop shortcut or the Start menu entry created during setup.

WNLabelPro installs to your Windows user profile so it does not need to live in your Downloads folder.

If Chrome blocks the download or Windows shows a blue warning screen, open the .

2. Accept the legal terms

On first launch, WNLabelPro will ask you to accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and Disclaimer before continuing.

3. Start your trial or enter your license key

If you are trying WNLabelPro first, enter your email address and start the 7-day trial. If you already bought it, choose Enter License Key and paste the license key exactly as delivered.

5. Set up the app before your first show

  • Select the correct printer.
  • Confirm the printer type.
  • Confirm the label size.
  • Review Smart Staging settings if you use that workflow.

6. Run a live show

  1. Open your live Whatnot show in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  2. Open the extension popup.
  3. Activate the current show.
  4. Confirm the desktop app shows the show as active.
  5. Watch sold items begin flowing into the app.

Common first-use problems

  • The installer was downloaded, but setup was never run.
  • The app is being launched from an old extracted folder instead of the installed shortcut.
  • The wrong label size is selected.
  • The wrong printer or printer type is selected.
  • The extension is installed, but the browser is not on the live Whatnot show page.
  • The show was not activated from the extension.
  • Printing is paused in the app.
