Move WNLabelPro to a new computer.

Before you start

• You do not need to buy another license just because you changed computers.
• The cleanest move is to deactivate the old computer first.
• Keep the same purchase email address and license key ready if you have them.

If you still have the old computer

1. Open WNLabelPro on the old computer.
2. Go to Help -> Deactivate This Computer.
3. Confirm the deactivation.
4. On the new computer, install the desktop app and the browser extension.
5. Open the app on the new computer and enter the same license key.
6. Open your Whatnot show in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge and continue normally.

If you no longer have the old computer

Email support@wnlabelpro.com and include:

• The email address used to buy WNLabelPro or start your trial
• The last 4 characters of your license key, if you have them handy
• The old computer name if you know it
• The new computer name if you know it

That gives support the fastest path to clearing the old seat and getting you moving again.

What to install on the new computer

• The WNLabelPro desktop app
• The WNLabelPro Companion browser extension
• Your normal printer, printer type, and label size settings
